En discutant avec les vendeurs, nous avons aussi appris qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait possible d&#8217;assister \u00e0 des cours de cuisine. L&#8217;endroit est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able: situ\u00e9 dans une ruelle pav\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cart de la circulation, on a l&#8217;impression d&#8217;\u00eatre coup\u00e9 du monde. Cette derni\u00e8re est une des plus vieilles rue de Paris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le galet, surmont\u00e9 d&#8217;un petit galet en chocolat est recouvert d&#8217;une couche en chocolat qui imite la texture d&#8217;un vrai galet. C&#8217;est un subtil m\u00e9lange de caramel et de de fleur de sel&nbsp;au sein d&#8217;une mousse \u00e0 la vanille&nbsp;sur un petit biscuit au beurre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-248\" src=\"https:\/\/ker-mer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/img_4001.jpg\" alt=\"img_4001\" width=\"2448\" height=\"3264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ker-mer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/img_4001.jpg 2448w, https:\/\/ker-mer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/img_4001-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ker-mer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/img_4001-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2448px) 100vw, 2448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quelques produits&nbsp;nous ont compl\u00e8tement laiss\u00e9es baba: des sardines, des moules frites, des galets, des hu\u00eetres et tout \u00e7a en chocolat. Sans parler des p\u00e2tisseries: le galet (pi\u00e8ce temporaire), un \u00e9clair au caramel au beurre sal\u00e9, une tartelette \u00e0 la figue; dont certaines sont sans gluten. L&#8217;association du monde de la p\u00e2tisserie et du chocolat na\u00eet de&nbsp;la collaboration entre Pierre Cluizel, h\u00e9ritier de la dynastie Cluizel et de Sylvie Valette, passionn\u00e9e de p\u00e2tisseries. Nous avons ador\u00e9 le soin des d\u00e9tails: le sucre sur les frites en chocolat blanc pour imiter le sel, la mati\u00e8re du galet.
